These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pkrsp platform, including all gaming, betting, payment, and account services. Please read this agreement carefully before registering or placing any wagers on pkrsp.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on pkrsp. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any associated funds may be forfeited. pkrsp reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate.
pkrsp may request a copy of your CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification document as part of the KYC process. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your pkrsp account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person. pkrsp will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
You must notify pkrsp immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. You can do so via the live chat support available on all pages of the platform.
pkrsp reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
In the event of account closure, pkrsp will make reasonable efforts to return any undisputed real-money balance to the account holder via the original payment method used for deposit, net of any amounts legitimately owed to pkrsp.
All deposits on pkrsp are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit screen within your account dashboard. pkrsp does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which pkrsp accepts no responsibility.
Deposits are credited to your pkrsp wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method but are typically near-instant for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. In the event that a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, you should contact our support team with proof of transaction.
Important: pkrsp only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in the name of the pkrsp account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be reversed. Any associated winnings may be voided.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkrsp platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the pkrsp platform without prior written consent from pkrsp.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrsp, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
pkrsp's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pkrsp wallet in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkrsp does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do, however, take commercially reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and data integrity at all times.
pkrsp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pkrsp will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the pkrsp platform after any amendments have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrsp holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral body specified under the applicable licensing framework.
